The name · 1752
In 1752, auction director Peter Henrik Barclay bought a plot of land behind the city — løkke no. 15 in the town fields. He named it “Incognito”. Here he could retreat from the noise of the city.
The estate grew to 123 decares. The street named after it in 1866 runs from Uranienborgveien to Henrik Ibsens gate — and at number 24 you will find our office. We kept the name, and its meaning: discretion until it matters, full visibility when your home goes on the market.

The process
Your agent visits your home, sees it through a buyer’s eyes and assesses its value in today’s market. You get an honest assessment — and an offer for the sale.
We plan when your home should go on the market, which asking price creates competition, and who the buyers are.
Styling, photography and the sales prospectus. Your home should look its best — and everything required by law must be in place.
FINN, social media and the EIE chain’s channels. From unnoticed to seen — on the day your home goes live.
Your agent hosts the viewings, follows up every interested buyer and keeps you informed throughout the bidding round.
Contract meeting, handover and settlement — handled carefully, so you can look forward to your next chapter.
